“My summer home is in Wisconsin and my year round residence is in Alaska. I did all of the preliminary work with Linda at 4 Seasons by phone and e-mail, hoping it would all turn out to my satisfaction. It did - in spades. They are not the cheapest carpet people, but I do believe you get the quality and service you pay for. I told Linda I was trying to keep expenses down and when I wanted a second color for the top floor, she told me that her buying power with the carpet manufacturer would be greater if I went with one color. Being in Alaska and not being able to see actual samples, she made suggestions and sent me some high resolution pictures of the proposed colors, from which I made a selection. I was present for the actual installation and I was able to move what furniture I could before the carpet crew showed up. In the final bill, there was a deduction from the furniture moving line to reflect my efforts. Both men who did the installation were courteous and friendly and I am completely satisfied with their work as well as attention to detail. Clean up after the job was thorough. Afterwards, the owner of the company followed up with me to see if I was satisfied - a nice touch. I will be going back to 4 Seasons Flooring again when it comes time to lay a solid hardwood floor in the kitchen, dining room, and upstairs living room when the time comes. Highly recommended.”

OMG, from the time they came and measured the area to the day they came to install it, our experience was wonderful.
