“To say I love my floors would be an understatement. Nichole was our sales person and she was wonderful from start to finish she went over every detail of what was to be expected. They demolished tile in our home which was cleaned up the same day we demoed. We were offered new base boards which changed the entire look of our home. They even found a crew to come paint them. We are so happy with our new flooring and will be back to see Nichole to have her help us with our next project where we plan on replacing the countertops and doing our bathrooms. Nichole was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.”

“Update: The business was correct on 'primed' being listed on part of my contract. For that I apologize. However there was no conversation about painted vs primed, no offer to paint them for me. They did still leave marks on the floors where they were measuring. And the story they are telling about the AC is not true. They were the ones that had it running, they even apologized to me when they found out it needed repair. They never spoke to the AC repair tech and they continued to have it on the next day after it was repaired but kept reminding each other to close the door. Original review: I had laminate installed throughout most of my home. The guys did a good job installing. It looks great except for leaving red and black sharpie marks where they were measuring. I found those and was able to scrub them off while I was painting my new baseboards, which no one told me would only come primed. Rooke mistake on my part, it was my first time getting new floors. I didn't even want new baseboards but was talked into them. Even more disappointing as the salesperson and I had a whole conversation about how I was saving up money to paint the interior next year but she never mentioned I'd need to paint these. Oh and there was also the incident where the guys left my doors open all day and blew out the AC, so I had to pay $$$ to fix that. Nice people but I would not use them again.”

Sherrie was so helpful in finding the floors we wanted and she always responded quickly to text and calls with any questions or concerns. Uriel and his team did a great job on the installation and were kind and respectful to our home. We would definitely use them again!”
