“We had an excellent experience with Foglio. Al Neil was our sales rep. He was knowledgeable, courteous patient and extremely helpful as we navigated a purchase of our LVP floors. We purchased floors for our entire downstairs only to be displeased with our choice. The company took back all the flooring without any additional restocking fee. Our final choice of flooring was delayed for several months due to supply chain issues. Al gave us periodic updates on the products arrival which alleviated our anxiety as we were in the process of a large renovation. The delivery was seamless The customer service we received was excellent and we would highly recommend Foglio and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”
