“Two years ago Floorworks was recommended to me by my realtor when I purchased an older home and was redoing all the flooring. They were prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job on the installation. Recently I’ve had them back to remove and replace flooring that was damaged by a plumbing leak. My calls were returned promptly, everyone involved was so polite and helpful, and they restored my flooring, baseboard, and cabinet trim perfectly. “We recently had our hot water heater burst and leaked water in our laundry room , the kitchen , a bedroom and the bathroom . My house was in a mess , floors and drywall . I’d like to start by saying floor work came out immediately . I have never in my life dealt with a more professional or nicer group of ppl . They made sure everything was done even testing the air to make sure all the moisture was out . I would trust this company with anything I have now , I’d didn’t know where to start , they were actually recommended by my insurance company . The work has been completed now and it’s first class . Floor works is a company that I will recommend and not have fear of them making me look bad . Everyone from the managers , the phone receptionist and on and on were the nicest group of employees I’ve ever had the privilege of working with . Top notch work , top notch employees .
