“I got this company’s name from the journal in my development. David came to my condo and was friendly and knew what he was talking about. He helped guide us with color selection for the floor and carpeting. The floor was just finished 10/9/18 the floor and my condo apartment now looks so updated and amazing. Being neat freak, I was very worried about what a mess David would leave me and there was absolutely no mess it all. This job took almost a week. The entire house except for two bedrooms and a bathroom we’re done, David paid close attention to all my worries and concerns I am so happy with the way this floor came out, my husband thanked me for talking him into doing this. I had white ceramic flooring throughout and now a beautiful, luxury vinyl/ hardwood looking wide planked floor. We will highly recommend Floor Smart and David to everyone. “Rarely have I found such professional and accommodating service in my 24 years of living in South Florida. After a major plumbing leak, I knew it was time to replace the carpet. David, the owner of Floorsmart, came to my house with the carpet selection samples. I was struck with how genuine and personable he was. The deal he gave me was so good that I upgraded to a better grade of carpet and I was still within the price range I thought I would have to spend. He also provided a better grade of padding at no additional cost. We arranged the installation dates for about a week later. Thoughtfully, he contacted me when he found out that one of his best installers was available that weekend. David knew it was difficult for me to have the installation happen during the regular work week. The installer, Frank, was a master of his craft and moved furniture with care and professionalism as well. Without question, one could do no better than to have David provide you with his expert advise on flooring. I've already recommended him to friends as he also does laminate flooring, painting and crown molding. I tend to not be trusting of service providers, but David has earned my trust and I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants great service and value.”
