“During the sales process everything was great, of course!!! (Gotta make that sale). In the end, the carpet looked great but, the installation was kind of ridiculous really. The installers did not want to clean (vac or sweep) before replacing old carpet with new. They were going to put furniture on at least two handfuls of carpet fuzz and small cuttings(that's just the chest of drawers). The customer had to get their broom and get them to sweep it up. They looked at the customer like they were crazy. No one wants dirt under brand new carpet or fuzz and cuttings under furniture. Also, they left dirty black finger and hand prints all over the place. After the job was finished, the customer called to speak with them about the experience, they disagreed that there should be cleaning before carpet and said painters will have to touch up paint. The paint was not scuffed, it was dirty hand prints on doors, walls, etc. They flat out disagreed without even seeing it. So, to sum it up, carpet looks great, customer service after the sale sucks!!!!! Bad thing for me is I recommend this place. Oh well, live and learn.”
