“I purchased LVT to install in my townhome. I received a quote from Floors 4 Iowa for the install and determined they were the company for the job. Juan, AJ, and Aaron were all so nice, respectful, responsive, and hard working. What I think I appreciated the most is their desire to ensure when the job was over, they left me a happy customer. I have a high attention to detail, and I was worried they would think I was a "pain" of a customer, but never once did they make me feel that way. And always went out of their way to make sure I was happy in the end (even if that meant multiple trips to Home Depot to find the right color of brown for a piece of trim :) I really appreciate the care they show for their customers and their work.”
