My mom broke her back shortly before this process started, I needed somebody reliable to get the job done quickly and correctly. “I purchased carpet and vinyl from a "big box store" to be installed in our rental home that our tenants destroyed... I live five hours away, and I was on a time crunch! I got to Lubbock on a Thursday to meet with the contracted installer (George, of Floors 2UR Doors). After I saw the damage to the walls and all of the flooring, I was a bit stressed on how to get all this sorted out in a few short days. George showed up and immediately built rapport and gained our trust. I had been trying to lock on some painters and George overheard me, and offered to provide a bid on painting as well. George beat my nearest quote by $2000, included completely repainting cabinets where the others were only going to touch them up, and even threw in an unsolicited military discount. By Friday morning George and I had worked out colors and flooring options and I was on my way home that night. I came back up when they started the vinyl; brother- Pete was in charge of the vinyl crew. They were 75% done when the crew noticed there was a defect in the product (finish) that could only be seen in direct sunlight. I was in a hurry but they insisted that I not rush this and recommended returning the product and starting over. They returned the defected vinyl, and George helped me pick out another color and worked out the details with them to make it right... This set them back with scheduling, but they were more concerned with quality over quantity. This was the attitude throughout the install and painting, and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome of our home. George kept us informed every step of the way and sent pictures as the job progressed. I cant thank George, his wife Lori, brother Pete, and the the crews enough for making this nightmare great and smooth! Highly recommend their services without hesitation.”
