“We worked with Desiree on picking a new floor for our living room and entire upstairs (3 bedrooms and a bath) to replace "original build" carpet. We had new floors put in the kitchen/dining area 10 years previous. We decided against trying to match that wood and were looking for help on the perfect non wood product to remodel the other rooms while not having the house look chopped up. Desiree simplified the process by using her expert design eye and gave us some samples to consider. It did not take us long to choose and then she helped with choosing the carpet for the stairs (the only area we wanted to keep with carpeting). We are IN LOVE with the final result, We wanted to stay in our home, yet bring it up-to-date, while making it look cohesive and intentional. I feel like I have a whole new place...a fresh palette to add new furniture and design:)) So, design and product is one piece of the puzzle. The other is installation. I was THRILLED with the professional install crew. Jesse and Alex installed all of the new flooring. They were respectful, extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative and fun to have around as well. They really cared about the final look and involved my husband and me in every step. To have people working in your home for several days and to trust in them and feel completely comfortable is a blessing. In the beginning of the project, Rick, a manager from Quest came over to meet me and check in with the crew to make sure we were all on the same page. During installation, Desiree kept in communication with me and visited the final day to look things over. I have never had such a wonderful experience with remodeling!!! I 100% recommend this company:)) ***We have not started with redecorating rooms, but I am adding some pics to show the colors and products!***”

“When walking into Quest, I had a vision already in my head. I started browsing their amazing selection of tile and my vision was was completely tossed aside. I found a tile, or should I say the tile found me and the rest is history. Kellie Toth walked thru different tile options and listened to my ideas. I walked out of the store with my samples and brought them to my bathroom. It was exactly what I dreamed of. Skip, my installer was punctual, flexible and went above and beyond his call of duty. He was respectful and very fun to have around. My jaw dropped every time I poked my face in the bathroom to see his progress. Can I say flawless!! I have worked with Quest for a few projects now and the customer service and immediate attention to my needs are worth the praise. Thank you Quest for yet another beautiful room. Looking forward to my next room… once I convince my husband 😬”
