At Floor Me!, Nicole expertly explained the different types of flooring so we could choose the type that suited our needs. In addition to viewing samples in the store, we were able to check out samples to see in the lighting of her bathroom which was VERY helpful! When getting ready to self-install, we ended up with quite a few questions to which the staff at Floor Me! very graciously provided answers, instructions, and advise. “We had a great experience from start to finish with FloorMe! Exceptional customer service beginning with Greg himself coming to our house to evaluate our ceramic tile kitchen floor. He assured us it could be coated with a leveling compound and covered with vinyl, in contrast to another local company that insisted the tiles be removed at triple the price. We loved the Tarkett vinyl Greg helped us choose and he graciously accommodated our schedule when we had to delay due to training a new puppy. John, the installer, is a consummate experienced craftsmen who took pride in his work. John definitely went the extra mile to do an excellent job. We are so happy with the finished product.”
