“I had a wonderful experience working with Floormax. We went to the Aspen Hill show room and was greeted by an extremely polite staff. We (wife and I) were shopping for new carpet. We found the exact carpet and color we wanted, the professional staff helped us understand the importance of good padding under the carpet. After the crew measured, we received a quick quote and moved forward immediately. The carpet was actually ready to be installed before I was ready for it. The scheduling associate held the carpet an extra 2 weeks until I was ready for install. The installers arrived on time, professional, wearing masks and went right to work.
