Desiree, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Reuben and Hector, the installers, removed the old flooring and installed the new floors over a five or six day period. They went to great lengths to take care of the furniture and the house in general. I was especially impressed by their craftsmanship, efficiency, and pride in their work.
