“We recently hired Flooring SF to remove our damaged wood flooring and replace it with tile floor. This was approximately 1300 square feet of work. Little did we know that when they started removing the wood floors underneath was wet wood and mold. Flooring SF went over an above to help us with this issue. Yes, it did cost us more money to have everything underneath removed, but they did not skip a beat. I cannot tell you how thankful we are that we hired a company that not only knew what to do but stepped up immediately and got the job done. When all is said and done our new floors look great.”

“Rate it 5 stars. I ordered the tile for my home and when it was delivered found that the wrong tile was ordered on accident. We needed the tile that same day of delivery because we had workers that were going to use it that night. The delivery guy took the tile back and we stressed to Jamie (owner of Flooring SF) that we really needed the tile, he paid for another delivery truck with the right tile to bring it to us same day! He also stopped by the house to make sure it was the correct one. Customer service like that is how you get many return customers and many more 5 star ratings! Thank you So much!”

“After a large portion of our twenty-year-old ceramic tile floor popped, cracked and "tented" one evening, my wife and I realized that we needed to have the entire floor (1,000') removed and replaced. We had already known of the excellent reputation of Flooring SF from others in our community and decided to visit their showroom. Not only were we extremely impressed with the numerous choices available to us, we were also very impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Barry Katz, who helped guide us through the selection process. After he brought several samples to our home and we were able to consider them for a few days, we made our decision. Barry assured us that his team of workers would do an excellent job and they definitely did! Our new porcelain tile floor, with each tile laid in a diagonal pattern, looks beautiful! “The friendly and courteous staff helped me pick out a quality porcelain floor tile at a very reasonable price. The installation went very well and the new floor looks beautiful and I have gotten many compliments about how nice my new floor looks. The installation was done around my schedule which was very convenient. I would definitely use them again—in fact I did—I liked my new living room floor so much I had the same porcelain floor installed in two bedrooms.
