He is patient, kind, and offers helpful suggestions, and knowledgeable information.Wonderful working with him! The tile installer, Daniel, is an amazing gentleman and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was courteous, prompt, clean (personally, as well as his work space), a perfectionist with the job, considered my design wishes, opinions, and requests. On top of that he was able to converse on a social level with intelligence and kindness!!! It was a pleasure having him in my home!! Your company should really implement an employee incentive program because each of these individuals need to be recognized, AND COMPENSATED for their outstanding customer service!! “Flooring Plus replaced old carpet on a penthouse balcony with new tile. They did an outstanding job. I have never seen a harder worker than Charlie. He was on time, neat and clean. The balcony looks gorgeous! I highly recommend this company!”
