“Moving to a new area, buying a home. Is a stressful time. Then add in that you need flooring done. You don't know anyone no one to give you a referral. My wife and I went looking for dmv.got lost and ended up in front of Flooring Master. We went in looked around asked a bunch of questions then set an appointment for a salesperson to come out to our house measure. Show us samples and give us a quote. A man named Sammy came out spent a good amount of time putting together our estimate. He was through and professional. I had a good gut feeling about him and his company. (he was the General Manager) and decided to go with him and his company We purchased vinyl for a Bedroom and tile for kitchen, dining room, and den. The. Workmen came out English is not their first language but there was no problem in communicating with them. This crew was professional, respectful of my property and so so talented at there job. They were fantastic and the best buying decision I've ever made. The end result is great everything was done on time with no surprises. If you need flooring go with this group, you'll be happy you did”

I was working on a home remodel from out of state - Sammy sent me samples in the mail as well as photos of the entire process to make me feel comfortable. Everything was delivered and installed on time and the communication was great. I would use them again for future needs!”

“I would highly recommend FlooringMaster for your floor needs. I purchased a new product line from them. Within 2 weeks of the floor being installed, we noticed some problems and defects. I contacted our sales person, Elizabeth who contacted Todd, the project manager. I received a phone call almost immediately to discuss the situation. Within a few days Todd and the distributor rep was at my home to access the situation. They all agreed there was a problem and would be back to me with a resolution with 7 days. Within that time frame, I was contacted and given an acceptable resolution. Because it was a manufacturing problem, the floor was replaced. Todd and Elizabeth were great to work with. They did everything they could to resolve the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I have always said that when everything goes smoothly, any company is good to deal with. When there is an issue and how the company resolves it, really determines how great a company is. And in my opinion, FlooringMaster is great to work with!”

“We are over the moon happy with our experience with FlooringMaster!!! We had a flood in November which damaged the carpet in our master bedroom and resulted in us having to remove all the tile in our master bathroom and closet. Flooringmaster was recommended by the company our insurance used for the reconstruction. We unfortunately had to fire that company, but, we were so impressed with FlooringMaster we decided to keep them! Every single part of the process was effortless, and handled professionally! Dan Jennings brought perfect samples based on a picture we sent him and expertly guided us to the perfect grout and answered any and all questions we had. Evan, the project manager was a dream to work with! Not only did he get the job done very quickly as we were in a time crunch but he was always in communication with us and the installers. The installers were great also! They were actually a joy to have in our home, very polite, hard working, and were very good at containing and cleaning any mess that was created especially during the removal of the old tile! Evan personally made sure everything was going well during every step of the way and also rolled up his sleeves and finished a piece of tricky detail work around our custom vanity himself! We would definitely recommend FlooringMasters for an effortless, painless, professional, and beautiful flooring in your home! We can't thank them enough for the beautiful job they did! We also saved so much money with them we were able to also continue the flooring to our guest bathroom, pool bathroom, and laundry room! They did a great job doing several areas at once and not leaving us inconvenienced at any time! When the time comes for us to finish the rest of the flooring in our home, Flooringmaster will be our only choice!!!!”
