“We very recently had new carpeting replacement in our downstairs 3 bedrooms, as well as our Living Room and Dining Room downstairs. Flooring Master came in and brought some samples, measured well, and determined what was needed with carpet/ good padding, and furniture movement. The 3 man crew that came to do the job were wonderful! Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation of the beautiful carpet, but they were very careful moving our furniture and taking apart the beds that needed to be moved. In these challenging times of Covid, they were careful to wear masks. After the carpet was laid, they restored all my furniture to it's proper locations-- and I know it was hot and cumbersome! ( a record HOT summer day!) But, they were so polite and congenial, as well as informative if I had any questions. This business "DID IT RIGHT!" The carpet installers had over 20 years of experience and didn't miss a beat. Thank you Flooring Master for a job well done and a home I can be proud to share with anyone! “My fiance and I visited the Orlando showroom after a positive recommendation by a close friend. Upon arrival, Elizabeth greeted us and showed us the options that were available based on our wants and needs. Elizabeth was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the products and process. We felt no pressure at any time and we came to an agreement while being treated to a nice cup of coffee. We did our due dilligence by pricing competitors and Elizabeth underbid them all by a great amount. Coupled with the savings, Elizabeth made us aware of a rebate offered by the manufacturer and she took steps to make that process easier for us. The project went off without a hitch and each scheduled promise was made without interruption. Making the project more difficult was that my fiance and I were located in a different state due to the restrictions on Corona Virus, yet the continuous flow of communication overcame any logistical issues and the whole project was completed in the promised timeframe. The floors look amazing and have added value and a personal touch to our new home. We are glad to have chosen Elizabeth, Willy, Todd and the team for a job well done. Overall, there is absolutely no concerns or hiccups that arose. Payments were made at different steps along the way. First payment is upon ordering supplies. The manufacturer is from Canada, so we allowed for about 3 weeks for delivery. The 2nd payment was made upon delivery of the products with the third payment due upon completion. The products required approximately 3 days for acclimation to the home and despite being a large project of over 1800 square feet on the 2nd floor and an additional master bedroom project, it was completed in 5 days (which also included removal of the carpeting that was originally installed). We highly recommend Elizabeth and the team for a smooth process with no hassles and high-end professional service.”
