“I recently installed new carpet in my rental house. The store has really great quality carpet at much cheaper prices than other stores. Even though I ran into a problem with the installation (the installers laid my stairs incorrectly) the company agreed to buy and reinstall new carpet. Scott, our salesperson, did a phenomenal job coordinating different teams, hiring new installers and buying the new carpet. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the end result, especially Scott’s handling of the situation and problems that arose.”
