“I have to say, working with Jodi and the guys was fantastic. They really did bend over backwards to accommodate our needs. We had to have our flooring shipped from Georgia; and, at first, we were honestly uneasy about it, as we needed the materials quickly. They were diligent, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They promised to call us and update us, and they held to it! They reached out to us when they promised they would; as we did not have to hound them about it. They were on the ball, diligent, and worked out reasonable delivery with us. They were honest and transparent with the entire process. I really cannot say enough positive things about them. Also, the quality of the flooring (luxury vinyl), was excellent. Highly recommend this place for your flooring needs!”

Jody kept in touch with us and provided information and updates all along the way. The install was quick and well-done - the installers were so nice, tidy, and efficient. “We had a great experience with the whole team from Flooring Express. Chuck spent time with us helping to choose our flooring. After looking at many samples with us Chuck showed us the plank that we ultimately chose. He did a great job measuring and ordering the supplies to install the floors through our entire house. Jodi helped us with the financing and scheduled the installation. He came to our house on the first day of installation to make sure everything was good. The 2 installers were excellent. They were on time every day, worked great as a team, and were friendly and professional. They prepped and installed the floors and new baseboards throughout our house. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. We highly recommend Flooring Express to anyone looking to update their home with new flooring.”
