“Simply the best in Tucson!”

“My wife and I wanted to get new flooring upstairs to replace the old carpet in our house. Some friends recommended flooring direct after using them for two different houses. We had flooring direct do a quote for some engineered hardwood. The quote includes material and labor. The labor included removing and disposing the old carpet as well as moving all the furniture out of the rooms so they could install the flooring. When we got the quote it seemed a little high so we shopped around, checked a couple different stores, even considered just buying the flooring from flooring direct and hiring a contractor to install at a cheaper rate. After shopping around we could not find a better deal. Everybody else’s installation rate did not include carpet removal, carpet disposal or furniture moving. So there were additional charges for each of those services. It became a no brainer to go with flooring direct from a financial point. We were able to schedule them about 3 weeks out and we were told it would take 2 weeks to do the job. Their crew showed up on the first day and man do they work fast! They kicked butt and had all the carpet out and new flooring down 2.5 days later (that’s 4 bedrooms and the full hallway). The remaining work was the trimming, edging and stairs. They worked through the rest of the week and weekend and were done with the job the next Monday. We couldn’t believe they were done in 8 days. We noticed one area on the stairs that looked like it was probably just an over site. I called Moji at flooring direct and she said not worry about it she would send the crew out to look at and make sure we were “ happy happy happy!” :) the crew came out did the work in about two hours and everything was great. The floors came out great! Everything looked really good and excellent quality! Working with Moji and David was a great experience, they are super friendly and responsive! They really do care about making their customers happy and making sure things are done right and making it right if not done so initially! If you need to get flooring installed do yourself a favor and go with Flooring Direct. They are a one stop shop and they offer a great deal and quality work! You won’t be disappointed.”

“UPDATE: It's been over a year now since my floors were installed. The carpet and wood look tile have had no issues and I'm proud of the craftsmanship they put into it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you're looking to read about a situation where something went wrong and how Flooring Direct responds, this is it: Flooring Direct is a great company to work with. David and Moji were so kind to our little children during our first visit and helped put us at ease. David never tried to up sell on us and in fact even tried to convince us to save money on certain products and choices we had made. It was this honesty that made us want to go with them. They matched prices with a competitor and were detailed and upfront with their invoices. We replaced all the tile, carpet, and baseboards in our house. It looked amazing. Then we had a problem with our grout. Most likely a manufacturer defect, something that they could have passed the blame for, but David stood behind his work and offered to fix it for us immediately. After a valiant first attempt, the problem reoccured, and we asked that all the grout be ripped out and replaced. They could have just done a temporary fix but they wanted to make sure we were "confident" in our flooring. David and his crew were constantly saying the customer is right and the customer is first. And they are a company that means it. Our tile and grout is gorgeous now. (Edited to add in photos of wood look tile and new blue/gray carpet.)”
