“EDITED Feb 2021: Since my initial review, we needed to replace most of our Home Depot LVT flooring, which had peaked up all over, and looked dreadful. We interviewed FIVE different flooring contractors in this area, and this place (Flooring Connections) had hands-down the best pricing - about half the price of the highest estimate - for the same product! They also were able to install our new LVT without removing any of the baseboards, because the new flooring was slightly thinner - this saved us a ton of money and hassle. In addition, the service they provided was over-the-top - I don't think I've ever encountered better customer service on a home improvement project. They were fast, reliable, and did an amazing job with the installation. We initially had trouble rounding up enough of our selected flooring (which had just been discontinued), so they called all over, including the manufacturer in Canada, and managed to get enough for our project. Our neighbor had used them too, and said they were good - but I had no idea they would be so amazing!!!”
