I went to the showroom one Friday afternoon with no appointment just to browse, and Zach immediately stepped in to help out and educate my husband and I on the best choices of carpet and flooring for our home. He was cognizant of our budget and timeline and made the process so smooth. I am absolutely shocked that within 2.5 weeks of first going to the showroom, all of our carpet and laminate flooring have been installed to perfection - in this current period with supply chain and labor issues, it's amazing that Flooring Atlanta could come through for us. Their installers were professional, fast and left our home very clean. I can't imagine having gone with any other company.”

“Flooring Atlanta in Roswell were great to work with. They helped us pick out the perfect custom area rug that included an attached non-slip pad. When the manufacturer sent a rug that was not right they made sure a new rug was sent to replace it. We love the rugs!”

He even came by our house during installation to make sure everything was going according to plan. I would highly recommend Zach Ferguson and Flooring Atlanta to anyone. I posted a note on my neighborhood Facebook homepage recommending Zach to all my neighbors. We spent a considerable amount of $$ with Zach and couldn't be more satisficed with the results! “Had our basement carpet replaced with new carpet and LVP (about 1500 square feet) and it came out great! We went into the store and Lauri worked with us and gave us great advice for our selections. Initially we were going to replace the carpet on stairs with LVP but after speaking with her, a patterned carpet was the better option for safety (which we hadn’t even considered before). The crew did everything in 1 day, cleaned everything, and even came back a few days later to check that everything went well. We were very pleased with the finished product, working with the team to finalize our selection, and the price and ease of the whole project. The price was very fair compared to other estimates we had received. Thanks again!”
