“The staff at Floored were incredibly easy to work with and followed through with everything they said they would. We went with an LVT option covering about 500 SQFT. At minimum the job was scheduled for a day and a half, with allowance for 3 days in case they ran into problems. It took them 6 hours! We've had the floors for a few weeks and the quality of the product and the installation is unmatched!”

“I worked with Josh on new flooring for my basement area. He was great to work with, not pushy and annoying like most sales people but just informative and responsive. My basement floor was a concrete slab that was not close to level at all and he knew just the type of product to recommend for it. He even ordered special samples just for us to see so we could pick out a color we liked. The scheduling was easy and they showed up when they said they would. Installation was quick for the size of the job and was done with quality. Josh communicated with me throughout the whole process so I knew what was happening. The floor was installed about 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend using Floored and I will be calling them again when I replace the other floors in my house.”

“We really enjoyed working with Floored. From our store visits to the installation of a new floor it was a good process. The floor installers were really thrown a curve ball when they discovered water damage and mold and other issues under our existing floor as they pulled it up (we had no idea and were horrified at the discovery). But they just told us what they had found, what they were going to do and fixed everything while still retaining an excellent standard, the new floor looks fantastic. We'd definitely go back to Floored.”
