Jasiel, Abner and Marvin were very meticulous with every detail. They guided me through the whole process and gave me their professional advice on things I thought I wanted that would have been a mistake. They always came to me and asked for my input throughout the whole process.They were always on time, very neat, cleaned up after themselves and took care to protect my property. When the glass company came out to measure for the shower enclosure, they made a comment that the shower base was the best they had seen. I will definitely use Floor Xpo for ANY work that I need to have done to my house. “First, let me start off with how pleased I am with my floor installation. The customer service from start to finish was superb. Thank you to Christie and the installation crew (Raphael, Juan and Jose) for the level of customer service that was shown with much professionalism, respect and going well and beyond the call of duty. Raphael and his crew showed up every morning at 8 am and worked non-stop everyday. At the end of the day, they would clean up the areas to be ready for the next day and this continued until the job was finished. I've had other projects done by other companies and they did not exemplify anything this crew did. The process of installing floors takes a lot of work (learned something new) and their hard work to make sure that everything was done right was amazing. Professionally moved or shifted any furniture that prohibited their work flow and cleaned up afterwards. They also followed up with a courtesy call a few days later to ensure the quality and integrity of the completed project. I would definitely call them for all my future projects.”
