“AH-MAZING... I wrote a review on yelp, feel free to look there for details. Frank from the Floor Store was GREAT! I had a lot of doubt, worry and concern for choosing floors. I was very upfront with Frank. He listened to me and gave me the space I needed and time to pick the right floors. He gave advice that was really helpful. Once I was ready, he told me to give him a couple weeks and he would put his best on it. I was skeptical, especially when they showed up. All I can say for the two gentleman who came is AH-MAZING.... Vadim and Daniel are top notch in what they do. They took their time and did it right. I had them set my floors on a 45 degree, none of us knew how it was going to look. They are BEAUTIFUL.... I would recommend The floor store, Frank, Vadim and Daniel to anyone. When I am ready to tear up my laundry room, they will be the one's I call. Thanks guys!!”

“Jeremy was great to work with!! He came out and was very prompt and professional. He also helped me with picking out the flooring. He was always available if I needed anything at all!!! The installation was extremely smooth. The guys went above and beyond. They repaired tile that was broken and fixed a broken baseboard. They were very clean and professional. I will never use anyone but them for my flooring!!!”

“I used The Floor Store for a third time, again working with Frank - this time for hardwood floors throughout my home. Again, the results are STELLAR. Finding just the right product was time-consuming, and Frank guided me the whole way through. Frank has great additional knowledge as an installer to draw from, and he helped me with everything from product, to layout, to concrete prep decisions. My installers from The Floor Store were simply outstanding. Vadim (lead) and his brothers Vitaly and Daniel did a beautiful job installing my new floor and baseboards, working long days every day to get my 1200 sq foot job done in 5 days. We moved furniture from one half of the house to the other and back, and they were very careful with my belongings (and my cat!). They did an excellent job on floor prep an leveling. They worked really hard each day and never left a mess. Vadim was also thoughtful about placement of light and dark pieces so the flow looks really nice. The baseboards look great, too. The pride that Vadim and his crew took in their work was so nice to see, as was their work ethic. I couldn't be happier and I am forever a Floor Store fan!”

“Frank and his team were fantastic. From the moment my wife and I walked into the Floor Store it was everything we wanted in terms of service, no pressure sales staff, and variety. Frank listened to what we wanted to do, showed us a selection of the items that would suit our needs, and asked us what we would like from him. This is in contrast to another well known store that greeted us and proceeded to tell us what they thought we should do. Big plus - Frank and his team were $1000 less that his competitors! Vlad and his team showed up on time, were professional, personable, and very competent. They were able to complete the job in one day, which included cleanup. The floors look fantastic and, to someone looking at the house for the first time, appear as if they were built with the original house. They also were able to patch up some carpet damage from the cats. In the future, when we replace the carpets, the Floor Store is where we'll go! Thank you Frank and Vlad!”

“Great Customer Service! We needed some extra Gemcore flooring due to ordering mistake (BY ME). I called and Frank said he would look into it and call me back. He promptly called me back and said he could have it here the next morning at 8! In the end the my guys finished the job on time. Frank went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. We will be using these guys in the future for sure.”

“It can be a scary thing to choose and install new flooring for your whole house! We recently did just that. And we chose the FLOOR STORE to install hardwood engineered flooring throughout the house and including the kitchen, floor tile in hall bath and laundry area, and new carpeting in master bedroom and second bedroom. It was quite a learning experience researching all the different kinds of flooring and their properties. Dave Mitchell (and other staff) were so patient and knowledgeable about all the different kinds of flooring available these days. They have a large showroom of samples to choose from, and are very helpful in helping you narrow the search down and ultimately choose the perfect flooring for your space. But the selection is only part of the equation. The installation is just as important, if not more! THE FLOOR STORE installers are the absolute best! There is an art to putting down 8" plank wood floors, every board must be precisely placed, choosing the right board for the area, each board laid down with precision and skill. The installers worked tirelessly! It was with much appreciation and amazement to watch them work. Our floors turned out beautifully. We chose the smoked French oak planks. Beautiful. Russ and his team are masters at their trade. There is one more thing we want to mention: The Floor Store coordinated with Kitchen Mart during this whole process because we did a kitchen remodel simultaneously. Not a problem. Dave Mitchell, our trusted project manager, coordinated with Kitchen Mart to have the installers come in and do the wood floors in the kitchen during the time the quartz countertops were being fabricated, and then finished up the rest of the house when the kitchen was done. Both the Floor Store and Kitchen Mart completed their projects on time, on schedule, on budget, and with excellence. It took exactly one month to complete this whole project from start to finish! Amazing. Thank you Dave Mitchell for all your expertise and coordination of this project. We love it all. You guys are the best! THANK YOU!!”
