“The people in the store are friendly. They're not pushy at all. They listen to you then pull out samples for things that you might like. They don't try to push you into upgrades or into things that you didn't ask for. So I found it to be a very nice calm experience. The workers who came out and did our flooring were fast, efficient, and professional. And the work was done to the highest quality. We have zero complaints and will definitely use them again!”

“I had the Floor Store redo all the flooring in my house and the kitchen countertops. It took me many trips of picking up and dropping off samples and the girls there were so helpful and patient. My advice....go with the first sample that catches your eye and you'll love it. My floors look amazing!!! Their installers are some of the best and so friendly. They worked so hard and really long days. I used a different tile guy to do my bathrooms and totally regret it. Floor Store guys are quality craftsmen and their tile cuts and base trim were spot on. “We totally love our new carpet and tile floors. We called Rebecca at the floor store and Mike came out the next day with carpet samples. He helped us with selecting carpet to blend in with our wood floors. Mike and Rebecca and their crew did a super job. We love the feel and look of our Capet ..”

“We needed carpet installed quickly and wanted to support a local business in Point Loma. Turns out the Floor Store was the place to go. I called a week out and let them know I would need some carpet pretty quick, they said to come in and we set up a time that worked for us traveling from out of town. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and they let us know they had some extra carpet that they had from a very large job they finished that they set aside for us since we wanted the install quick. We looked at the carpet, got a good price, and hopped over to the condo for a quick measurement. Then the next day they installed it and it looks great. We were very pleased and felt like they run a good business! Would defiantly do business with them again.”

When I finally decided on what I wanted, they helped to tailor it to my budget. The installation went smoothly. The husband/wife owners even came in to check on the progress themselves.
