Gerry went above and beyond...he made sure all our molding blended into our baseboards and floor. Paul and Alice , our installers, were skilled and professional. “Jerry came out to measure quickly after we called.Brought several samples home and were not rushed to bring them back. We were able to schedule installation on our time frame. The estimated day and a half job was finished in a day. The husband/wife installer team was excellent. The wood floor looks beautiful, the molding and thresholds were installed well and we are very happy. Great job!”

“The customer service Jerry and Vicki provided was far better than anyone else we had dealt while searching for the right floor. It was good old fashioned customer service! Jerry showed up promptly to measure and test our subfloor. They also contacted us with updates from the manufacturer regarding the status of our order. This is highly unusual these days! Most places don't bother with updates unless you call to find out. In addition to their service with the order/delivery process, their installers were punctual, respectable and competent. Jerry personally followed up during this stage of the project too. All and all, my opinion is...Do Business with Jerry and Vicki at Floor Specialist of Martin County. They treat people right and, by the way, did not try to oversell us anything. They are fair and honest!”

“Jerry and Vicki are honest people who provide OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now days, customers are found having to follow-up with sales Reps. However, it was quite a pleasant surprise to receive regular updates regarding the status of our order without having to ask. Jerry was hands on throughout the entire project and their installers were courteous, experienced and respectable. Given the permanence and investment involved, selecting and having new floors installed can be a very stressful situation. Jerry and Vicki made it very easy!
