“Original Review 2/13/2021. Original Installation December 2020. Flooring was done before Christmas! It was very thick and laid down nicely. The pictures don’t do justice! Zack was extremely nice and homely. Pricing was fair. They have a 1 year guarantee on their flooring which is normal for flooring companies. They also don’t use the thin luxury vinyl like most places. They are using pretty thick planks. Definitely will use them again when my twins are a little older and walking to do the bedrooms :) my boys love walking around in their walkers and have no issues. Even with the foundation issues we’ve had they were able to everything and level too! Update 4/13/2022: Currently waiting on responses from them to replace my flooring due to the bad installation and poor flooring quality from Universal Flooring Supply. Original install was on December 2020. The flooring didn’t even last 3 months. They are going to replace all of it at no charge but so far I have been getting either a slow response or no response since April 2021 through October 2021 through Current due to them being busy or going through personal matters.(The dates are from the times I’ve inquired on my flooring) I am finally getting responses and making headway as of today with new installation. I will adjust my rating accordingly and will continue to add photos necessary to prove the quality of work and installation of the new flooring when it is done.”
