“Wow, wow, wow! We could not be happier or more impressed! My wife and I stopped by Floor Decor because we wanted some carpeting on our staircase. We were greeted warmly by Mike, a man whose kindness is matched by his knowledge of his products. I had read reviews about the excellent service from Floor Decor and I can add my experience to this mix. From the beginning, throughout, and at the end of the process, our experience could not have been better. The installers were kind and quick. Although we were told to expect installation to take two hours, these guys finished in one hour. They cleaned up (one man even picked up small shards of carpet by hand) after installation and were very polite. We now have a beautiful, high quality carpet to go with our staircase, but we also have a place to go back to should we need carpeting/flooring done in the future. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of excellent service by knowledgeable, caring, and kind people. Thank you!”

“Best floor store ever! Personalized care is important to me. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had some settling cracks and they came out forty eight hours later to fix them! Home depot never offered that type of service to me!”
