“Working with Dan to purchase hardwood flooring for our house has been a magical experience. My wife and I described the flooring we wanted and he showed us all the different options we had and shared the pros and cons of each option. It was clear he wasn't pushing to make a sale, but instead committed to finding us the exact floor we wanted within our budget and constraints. When we found the floor we wanted, he made sure to put the order in that night to ensure we would be able to receive the floor within our project timeline. We've really appreciated his expertise on subfloor prep and installation. I cannot imagine a smoother or easier flooring purchase. Will add photos when project is complete”

“During the first phone call, Dan listened carefully to get the concept of what I was looking for in new flooring. This conversation was clearly centered around what I was looking for, and not what the vendor was trying to sell. During the first visit he brought plenty of samples, in different grades and quality. After a very good descriptive detail about each type of flooring, I was able to make a decision that day. Everything from the pricing, the process, expectations and timings were described in detail and met just as described. The two gentlemen who actually installed the floor worked efficiently, and did a clearly expert job of laying the new floor. Not only that, but the repositioning of the furniture, the refrigerator,, stove the washer and dryer - everything was perfect. The coordination with the plumbers was clear and happened as expected. This team of gifted and talented floor experts come highly recommended.”
