“Floor Covering Warehouse came highly recommended by a family member and they did not disappoint. Despite shopping for a new rug during COVID, we felt very safe during our appointment. Both Gregg & Greg assisted us and we had a new carpet chosen within 20 minutes. -- Our install appointment was set for 9 - 9:30 and the two installers were promptly at our house at 9 am. We had just finished up some construction therefore things were pretty chaotic in our home, nevertheless, the guys were so patient and kind as well as professional and quick. They had 3 rooms done in no time! -- And of course two days later, (TMI alert – but important) our 12 year old pup got sick all over the rug and like Gregg had explained regarding the specific rug we purchased, it cleaned up with only water! -- I’m very happy with the service and the quality of the rug recommended to us!”
