“I am so blessed by Mr Tim Look at Flint Carpet. I had never carpeted an entire house before. He came to my home and did the measuring and we discussed some of what my interests were. He asked me to bring a paint stick from each room as we were painting the entire interior of our new home. What a great idea when picking out our flooring. Every deadline was met. Every promise was kept. Mr. Look even helped out my daughter who is a single Mom and needed some carpet in one of her rooms at her home. We had to finish walls in the basement so he waited till we were done and sent his crew back to finish it up. Let me talk about his wonderful installers for a moment as well. Amos and Chris were so sweet and kind. They did a wonderful job on all of the floors and carpets and were such hard workers. Boy were they fast as well. I am blessed to know Mr Tim Look and thankful for such hard workers as Amos and Chris. Do I recommend Flint Carpet??? Without a doubt. Thank you Flint Carpet and Thank you Tim Look”

“Giving 3 stars for the quality of the carpet and pad is good, but the installation was horrid. Asked them to come back because they left a mess (nails/carpet remnants everywhere) 2 family members got a staple in their foot because nothing was cleaned up. They installed the carpet over top of a cord and had to pull it up because there was a lump and get my cord out. Carpet pulls right away from stairs you can put your hand right behind the carpet. Concerned on that holding up over time. Not attached in corners just left up the wall. One guy laid on the floor on his phone half the time. I’d honestly buy the carpet here again but will never pay for the installation. Not much done to rectify the situation.”
