“I recently bought a house and needed the carpeting replaced in the bedrooms and new window shades. I visited Fissel Floor Covering to see what they could do for me. They had a great hardwood product for a reasonable price and really nice cordless shades for the windows. They were able to schedule and complete installation pretty quickly and the final installed product was excellent. There was a problem with the shades that was a result of the manufacturer's production design. The people at Fissel worked hard to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and communicated regularly with me to keep me updated on their progress. I highly recommend Fissel Floor Covering and will continue to use them for my flooring needs.”
