“I love my new floors, Fergusun Flooring is the BEST, we chose 12 mm laminate with Sean and Mikes help and they are beautiful! I would highly recommend Fergusun Flooring for all your flooring wants. Our floors are so thick and strong that in our new appliances package the dishwasher was too high by 1/2”, the came out at no charge and removed 3 planks and will come back to reinstaonceone new dishwasher has been installed, amazing customer service!!!”

“This is the flooring company you should choose! They are a family run business that simply does it right. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. There were several times that the project manager (Doug) checked in with me. He would let me know the progress, any issues, and ask me how to proceed. After working with Ferguson Flooring, it is easy to recommend them to anyone considering new flooring. Their prices were significantly lower that Costco and Home Depot without sacrificing a thing. If anything, I feel I got better, more personalized service from them. Go with this company and you will not be disappointed. I used Mohawk Laminate-Wickham Grey Oak for the main areas, Parliament Rye Maple laminate for the stairs and walkway to the bathroom. The carpet is Mohawk Graceful Appeal color 879-nutmeg (Diamond design). The bedrooms have Mohawk Soft Sensations color 969-Brampton Grey.”

“Well, what could I say about this business other than five stars is actually too low. I had my entire downstairs removed of carpet and tile. Which was a lot of work. My upstairs was completed as well by placing new carpet. I will first talk about the flooring crew. Doug, Luke, Joel, and Sam were on time and worked very hard during the week they were here. They always kept me in the loop with everything even when they took lunch. They were respectful of my home and took care of everything which I could not ask for any better. Their work was outstanding and they paid attention to detail which says they take pride in their work. These guys were also very down to earth kept me laughing through all of the tile dust. If I were to have flooring or any project done again I would not hesitate to request these guys to do my project. Shawn, I believe they deserve a raise! The owner (Shawn) is also as cool as they come. He reminds me of the old school when you could shake hands and the contract was formed. I know that does not exist in today's world, but I believe if anyone would he would. You have an exceptional business and crew. The carpet team was in my house upstairs for one day and made it their mission to complete the job without coming back. This team was Bob and Christian, both took care of business and like the other guys were very down to earth. The aimed to please and kept me in the know in regards to my home. Again, I could not have asked for anything better. My family especially the wife is extremely happy with our home. I also know if there are any issues or problems that I just have to call and will receive the same service. This business treats you right and its people are very good. All to often we hear too much about bad reviews and I chose to highlight each and every single person that contributed to my home. A job well done and much respect! Thank you!!!!!!”
