“Family Flooring installed carpets on our stairs and the second level of our home. The gentleman we spoke to in the store was very helpful and suggested a product that would work best foe us (we had two large dogs and a cat). He offered a better product than what we'd found in bigger box stores for a lower cost, so we were sold. The guys that installed the carpet were friendly and professional. We had to put the cat in the bathroom during the install as she was not friendly and it would've been difficult to keep her out of their way. One of the guys installing the carpet felt bad for her and managed to slip into the bathroom to give her some cuddles and attention. It was adorable and I was a bit amazed because the cat hated EVERYONE but she was snuggled in his lap, fast asleep. Fast forward a few years and a visiting relative spilled red paint all over our carpet. It was in a very odd pattern and was spread throughout an entire room, the hallway, and the entrance to a second room. We called Family Flooring and they were able to match up the carpet and padding based upon our customer history, and they were able to cut out the stained carpet and install the new carpet in a way that is completely undetectable. You cannot see any of the seams and there are at least three. They did an amazing job and were just as professional and friendly as they were the first install. We've not had any problems with buckling and weve had a cat, two kids, and three large dogs running around on the carpet. We've been very pleased with the investment.”

“We had them match the flex room to the rest of the downstairs. They had my exsisting flooring in stock and came out just a few days after we called. It is perfect, seamless, you would never know there was carpet in that room. They worked very quickly and were very nice. We only had one hiccup and that was on us not them, but they fixed the situation and didn't charge us extra. I do want to apologize for that though. I appreciate the company working with us. I look forward to working with them again and will recommend to anyone.”

“Exactly the right place to fill your flooring needs! Family is the right word to describe it. We bought some high-end vinyl flooring to re-floor out kitchen. Following installation, it was apparent that there was trouble with the seam. The two sides did not fit together to make a smooth transition from one side to the other. The installer from Family came back several times and was unable to get it right; not his fault. He agreed there was a problem and it had to be the vinyl itself. Jeff at Family Flooring agreed and asked for photos to send to the manufacturer to support a claim to them for replacement. The manufacturer was reluctant and did not initially support the idea of replacement. Jeff told us that we would be getting the new flooring whether or not the manufacturer owned up to their responsibility. While ultimately the manufacturer did come through, the fact that Jeff took it upon himself to do the right thing by us is an outstanding example of the character and integrity of Family Flooring. From the initial meeting through the excellent installation to Jeff’s owning the problem from the outset, Family Flooring came through just like their advertisements say. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They truly operate like a family….YOUR family. I wish them the best of everything and every success.”
