“After looking for almost a week at the major home improvement stores , I couldn’t find the selection and price I was looking for to replace my old floors with LVP . A friend told me to check FB marketplace and I’m glad I did . I contacted a few places through and they never got back or took too long to reply until I came across Falcon Flooring . The were quick to answer all my question through FB and provided a video of their selection which helped me a lot in deciding which floors I wanted to install . I went to their location the following day was greeted right away by a nice lady that immediately asked me what I was looking for and point me in the right direction. I felt no pressure while choosing , which I appreciated as I dislike pushy sales people , she was truly there to help me by answering all my questions and to point out the difference between materials . I ended up selecting a nice Mohawk LVP (Misty Harbor Oak ) which was of greater quality and better priced than the “ best “ brands at the big home improvement stores . Just finished installing this floor and love it ! So I wanted to share my experience with Falcon Floors. Check em” out , you will love their selection and pricing and a no-pressure buying experience .”

“It was a good experience overall. They have a good collection for LVP and were able to schedule installation in time before a new tenant moved in, their pricing is reasonable and the staff was very customer oriented and friendly. However, the only thing that disappointed me is the installation of quarter round for the base boards. It was poorly done, several nails were popping out and material itself was very cheap and substandard. That particular installation was like a DIY job and not professional. I wish Falcon flooring could have charged me a little extra to include a better product for the quarter round and have it installed better or send someone to get it right when I called them after the installation, coz it costed me more to make it look nicer with the new floors.”
