“Ok so great selection of flooring. Good prices. They could use some help in the customer service at the Gladstone store on the phone and in person. South store little larger selection it seemed. Customer Service better, but its very near Belton.”

“Staff are always helpful. I dropped some tile while shopping and they tidied it up and didn't give me too much grief. They also got new boxes of tile loaded on the cart for me and got me on my way. When I needed samples to decide on color they were accommodating and helpful as well. Great value and great selection.”
