“I was so impressed with the service and product at Fabulous Floors. We had a small job- we just needed some stair carpet replaced. We were treated with the consideration and care as if we were doing the whole house. They came out to measure, ordered the carpet, and when I mentioned I'd love to get it done before a visitor came, they squeezed us in. When it looked like the carpet might not make it in time for our appointment (b/c of the manufacturer), they were clear and quick to communicate that. When the carpet did end up on time, they made sure to get the work done. The installer knew I had to leave at 2 and worked hard to make sure it was complete right on time! The carpet is gorgeous, and I wasn't pressured to spend money I didn't need to spend. Totally fabulous experience at Fabulous Floors!”
