“Had a great experience working with this company. I had a small job to do: re-carpeting my staircase since I'm selling my home. I found everyone with Express Flooring To Go to be personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They were also able to help with a few minor details on our second floor as we installed a nice wood-looking porcelain tile but didn't have T molding between the master and the bathroom and we were missing two small pieces of base board. Once we selected the carpet for the stairs, the job started within a day. *Joe came to our home and gave us a quote for the various materials we were considering. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We received our quote via email within a day or so. My husband went to their store to select the carpeting and give a deposit and then the job began. *John came first to installed the small details and was quick yet thorough. Great job. *Juan came the next next to remove and install and was very respectful, clean, and courteous. I think he's one of the nicest people I've ever had come to do work in my home. My husband and I are very cautious of allowing strangers into our home, therefore my husband usually prefers to do things himself because of that. Due to our time crunch, and the great Yelp reviews, we went forward with Express Floors To Go and have to say we are very happy. Should we need have future flooring projects, we will definitely hire them again.”

“I went to this store in 2 separate occasions. The first time I dealt with Russ and I think he's on drugs. He goes off in these tangents about how the flooring is made and goes completely off topic blah blah blah very mind numbing. Anyway they had some samples my girlfriend liked so we borrowed them, they have an amazing selection of flooring. My second trip was really just to return samples but this time I spoke with John. He's the guy you want to deal with when you visit this store. There's no BS, he's clear in answering your questions and most importantly he made me feel good about the flooring I want to buy and when asked about the process he was straight to the point , unlike Russ almost scared me away from this flooring project. Anyway we move in to our new Condo in April and I will be coming back to John to get our flooring done. I'll update my review in regards to their installation when we cross that bridge. 5 Stars for John -1 Stars for Russ”

“Super fast and friendly from consultant to installation. Color choices from the design consultant were great and he came prepared with tons of options. We did the consultation on Sunday and floors were installed that following Tuesday.”

“Update: April 2018: We finally decided to replace the last of the carpet in our house with laminate wood flooring. After getting a few estimates we decided to go with John at Express Floors. This time we had them install it for us and also new baseboards. John is very helpful, friendly and always answered our call/email right away. Sarkis & Alex did a great job with the installation and we are so happy with our new floors. We highly recommend Express Floors To Go. We purchased Laminate flooring from Express Floors to Go in 2006. We installed the flooring and were very happy with the outcome. Last year we remodeled our kitchen and needed a new divider/transition piece for the new tile flooring we installed. We went back to Express Floors and they gave us a new 6 foot divider/transition piece at no charge. Great customer service! We will go there again when we replace our family room carpet.”
