“I had new carpet installed, set up with Adrian who was my salesman, and he got my carpet ordered as promised, but he messed up the installation day, so it got delayed by 3 days which was very upsetting. The carpet installers, Jorge and his assistant, were very good! Another confusion though that Adrian didn't thoroughly explain was I thought there'd be movers AND carpet installers, but just the two carpet installers did everything. It worked out fine, but the job which should've taken one day ended up to be a two day job because of my stairs. In my opinion, stairs definitely take longer, so it should've been set up as a two day job for that reason. Overall, the actual carpet installation was excellent and I love my new carpet, but the confusion of getting it scheduled properly was very inconvenient for me.”
