“We had them install carpet that we had previously bought on an auction. Tim was helpful and friendly and they were willing to do that, which many of the Rochester stores wouldn't. Their bid was VERY reasonable and they were able to get us scheduled within a week. Jeremy, the installer, was very skilled, efficient and friendly. We love supporting local and would absolutely use them to install carpet again!”
