“Tom and his crew did an excellent job removing the tile from our kitchen and entry, removing the living room carpet and installing new vinyl plank floors. It was messy because of the dust created from tile removal, mudjacking and floor leveling. The crew hung some plastic but there was still a lot of dust generated. Tom helped us select an appropriate and affordable floor covering and worked with us on a flexible schedule so we could empty rooms and recover between the two part job. He and his crew were polite and professional.”

“We moved from Seattle to Austin approx. 2 weeks ago. We contacted Tom (owner) at Door to Door in March and explained that we wanted a complete floor renovation for our 2500 sf house. Our decisions were being made remotely as we still owned our house in Seattle til the end of June and had rented back our home in Round Rock til May 1st. Tom was really wonderful about letting us search the Seattle area for the tile/carpet we wanted. I was VERY picky about wanting the exact same carpet/tile I found in Seattle. Tom worked diligently, scouring the regional carpet brands and tile suppliers until he found the EXACT matches for all 4 products. My husband was at our new house on May 1st for the closing and Tom and his crew came in right on time. They removed all of the current flooring (including about 1000 sf of tile) quickly and thoroughly. The entire project was completed in a week with ZERO issues. We spent about $20,000 on this project and it was worth every cent. We decided to tile about 1500 sf of the house and it looks gorgeous. His crew worked with us on grout selection and we couldn't be happier with the match to the tile. All bedrooms, office and den are carpeted and it looks fantastic. I would recommend Tom and his crew to any homeowner looking to do flooring work. We plan to hire Tom back to do the re-tiling of our kitchen backsplash and fireplace next year!”
