“Just had our carpet replaced by Don's and were pleasantly surprised with the process. We had an idea of what we were looking for, were quickly pointed towards the options we needed and had something picked out within minutes. Don's provided a free estimate within a business day that included removal/disposal of old carpet and padding, new carpet and padding install, assistance with furniture moving, and a one week turnaround. All of this was included in their quote. Additionally, they say they have a two year install warranty. We actually called four stores with the exact same specs as the quote we received from Don's and they beat them all by ~5% (including all of the items mentioned above). No other store included furniture moves without additional fees. Would recommend Don's and will likely be using them again soon for some other floor work.”
