“Diversified demoed our existing floors (multiple types of tile and wood) and replaced with glue-down engineered wood throughout and tile in one room. Ashley was really helpful in guiding us to the best products and helping us stick to our budget and timeline. The team did an excellent job during the extensive demo, with minimal residual mess and no damage, and a fantastic job laying the new wood and tile. They also replaced all baseboards. The demo took longer than expected due to issues with the existing flooring and angles of a room that didn’t allow machinery in, but the team worked weekends to help us meet our move-in deadline. Beautiful job and we are very satisfied!”
