Carter came in, ripped up the bad work, redid the foundation, reinstalled the floor to perfection, hooked us up with an amazing carpenter, Rick Barker, followed up on all services to be sure we were taken care of. He was so far above the call it's amazing. He is a noble, caring and gifted craftsman.”
