“Highly recommend! Doug and Zohra's are so friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have found Floor Inspirations after receiving a quote with only a bottom line number from another store. The quote I received from the other store was a too high and the delivery date was terrible. Floor Inspirations helped me to work through selecting a wood floor that would fit my timeline as well as match the quality and color of the existing flooring in my home. They provided a detailed quote after making a home visit with a thorough investigation of the scope of the job. They were meticulous about everything from existing floor removal and demolition, best leveler and adhesive for my situation and installation following all of the manufacturer's guidelines to ensure warranty for the future. I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship and most impressed by the amazing customer service. They are VERY knowledgeable and will educate you throughout the process so that you understand why and what will be happening in your home every step of the way. Their prices are competitive but for me the line item that they provide of being truly interested in making customers happy is PRICELESS! I wish them the best of luck in their business and I think they are a tremendous addition to our community. Staff was extremely helpful in the store, they were on time when coming to measure and install, and communication was thorough and professional. The installers even moved our furniture and put things back when finished. Installers were courteous and respectful in our home. We will return to Floor Inspirations when we finish our upstairs bathrooms.”
