“We had a unique carpet need when we came to DeSitter. We wanted to order carpet treads only, for our newly refinished stairs in our home, not a stair runner. After contacting a few other carpet stores with no success, we contacted DeSitter, thinking they too would turn us down. But one of the associates, Tim, was very happy to accommodate this request, one that he said he rarely was asked for. But Tim said that "Yes, we can do that for you," and he patiently guided me to some good carpet options and provided a quote in a timely manner. He also made a home visit to check measurements & make sure everything would fit well. So we placed our order with Tim, and a few weeks ago, their installers did an excellent job with our new treads. We love them and they look great on our staircase. Tim was professional and readily available to assist us. We will recommend DeSitter to anyone looking for carpets.”
