“First, Elizabeth was so helpful and patient, as we navigated a rug purchase for our hallway and two stairways, with carpeting we insisted on being made from recycled plastic bottles. Turns out Mohawk makes this, and while no company we could find here in Burlington knew anything about PET carpets, she did! Because we needed to do some painting and repairs on the stairways before installation, a crew came a few days ahead to remove the carpet. And when the installers came a few days later, we were ready. And not only ready, but so happy with the 2-man crew's intelligence, demeanor and craftsmanship.
