“The lady in the office was great. Mr. Franklin got to us very fast. I'm not sure if I would use them again though. My carpet had to have a seam and he said for them to put it under where my couch would go and the installer didn't like that and put it in the door way. I can see it and it bothers me. We took out all the furniture, pad, stapples and cleaned the floor and neatly rolled it up and they didn't even bother to take it away for us. I'm just aggravated at the process.”
