“We worked with Elizabeth for new flooring for our whole house. We decided to go carpet in our rooms, and vinyl plank in our common areas. Elizabeth helped us stay within our budget but get quality products, and respected that we had a budget. What we really enjoyed was how patient Elizabeth and CW were with us since we went through a whole house renovation, they allowed us to have the common areas installed first and the rooms last but never forgot about us during the wait. We did have a miscommunication during the vinyl plank install but Elizabeth, Jason, and Jose (installer) took care of the issues right away and with no pains. After the carpet install Elizabeth came to inspect everything and followed the next day with a phone call. It’s hard to find customer service this good anymore that truly cares if YOUR happy with the end result but they did! If you’re in the market for new flooring solutions, please give CW Floors a chance, we will be loyal customers!”
