“We’ve had Custom Flooring Solutions install carpet for us and we were very pleased with the process and final outcome. Recently, we had new tile installed in a large space. Very pleased with the craftsmanship and level of customer service they maintained throughout the project. Ben is responsive and easy to work on estimation and overall project coordination. We really appreciated having John frequently stop by to check on our project and address any questions we asked. The tile crew (Andres and his wife) and the trim crew (Greg and Thomas) did such an awesome job for us. It was refreshing to have crews that work specific to their expertise which resulted in good, overall craftsmanship. Also, both crews were so polite and easy to communicate with which keeps things smoothly running. And, they kept things picked up inside our home during the project. Tools and supplies were left organized for the following day and no personal trash left behind for us to pickup (which, in our experience has been rare to find neat crews). It’s little things like that that which sets Custom Flooring Solutions apart from others. And of course, the quality of craftsmanship. Have already been recommending them to friends.”

“Our downstairs was about half onsite finished hardwood and half carpet. We had decided that we wanted all dark stained hardwood, but were not quite sure how to make that happen. CUSTOM FLOOR SOLUTIONS in Harrisburg certainly did! Debra, John, Ben, Leandro and all of their crews were great! They took out all of the carpet, installed new unfinished hardwood and then sanded and stained all of the hardwood (old and new) to match . . even the stair rails and bannisters!
